The staff is helpful and accommodating. The hotel has good, basic rooms. The central location is convenient. The on-site restaurant is a nice bonus, offering great service and outstanding food.

The staff here were really nice and super helpful. They made my stay super chill and relaxed. They even hooked me up with a toothbrush when I needed one 😊. The breakfast was free and tasty, and check-in was a breeze.

Great location, at a moderate distance from Costco Headquarters. Set in a nice area really close to freeway and downtown Issaquah as well as local shops and restaurants. Separate room, large bathroom. Comes with a microwave, coffee and tea making equipment, and a refrigerator.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere and the room was spotlessly clean. The recent renovations were evident, especially with the beautiful hallway carpet. The rooms felt more upscale compared to other places we've stayed at. We were impressed with the quick response when we requested extra pillows. The in-room amenities, like the coffee with real cream and fridge, were a nice touch. The hotel's location is very convenient, as it is surrounded by stores and restaurants. Plus, it is situated on a quiet side street, making it a peaceful retreat.

The vending machines were ok.

They promised (repeatedly) they would give us a crib for our baby, but they never did. Then they treated us like crazy people for expecting the crib they promised the would give us. The baby had to sleep in our bed the whole stay.

We loved the tall ceilings and blackout curtains in our room. The 24-hour lobby snack bar was a lifesaver after arriving late. great value and clean room. We'll definitely be back.

Charges for a very minimal breakfast. There are so many Hilton locations that offer free and good breakfasts as part of your fees. This was an unpleasant part of the visit.
